1. Ownership Verification Standards

Only authorized business owners, proprietary executives, managers, or licensed legal agents can generate professional profiles or local technician directories on Seekdial. Each listing must represent a real tradesperson or agency operating in local areas.

2. Mandatory Publishing Rules

• Active Operational WhatsApp Phone: You must list an active, valid phone number with WhatsApp active so customers can route inquiries.
• No Misleading Categories: Listings must be placed under correct categories (e.g. Plumbers, Electricians, Web Developers, Cafe). Misrepresenting categories triggers auto-removal.
• Accurate Corporate Name: No spammy keyword stuffing inside business names (e.g., writing "REALLY BEST PLUMBER 24/7 CHEAPEST"). Represent your real trade agency name.

3. Review and Moderation

We monitor directories actively. Standard listings are vetted in 12-24 hours. Premium subscription plans trigger priority 10-hour verification checks. Fraudulent listings, duplicate coordinates, or unpaid fake listings are purged directly by our administrator panel at Seekdial clearance desk.
