Trust, Safety & Security standards

Last updated: June 11, 2026 • Protocols to verify and protect local merchants & consumers

1. Verified Business Listings (Verified Blue Badges)

Each local tradesperson, technician, and digital bureau on Seekdial goes through verification checks. When you see a "Verified Blue Ticket" badge, it means that the merchant's business registry, primary contact helpline, and billing account are approved by our compliance department.

2. SSL Payment Gateway Integrations

We do not directly store users' bank cards, wallet pins, or sensitive transaction details. All transactions go through premium verified checkout frameworks (such as standard Cashfree checkout with UPI routing and secure PayPal global cards processing), protected by 128-bit SSL decryption pipelines.

3. Listing Protection

Seekdial employs interactive automated filters to prune spam ratings, bot registrations, and fake business descriptions. If a merchant is suspected of sending bad transaction billing requests or harassing clients, their operations are permanently locked.
