When you list a business on Seekdial:

• You must provide accurate, current, and honest information about your corporate name, address, core industry, and WhatsApp numbers.
• Creating Fake Businesses, placeholder agencies, or mimicking existing well-known brands is strictly prohibited.
• All submissions undergo review. Seekdial reserves the right to ask for proof of corporate registration prior to granting Premium Verifications.

Our "Sparks" feature allows businesses to upload vertical short video reels to engage clients. Users must upload exclusively self-owned, original marketing content. You are strictly forbidden from uploading media that:

• Contains copyrighted music, video clips, or artwork without official digital broadcast permissions.
• Features adult, sexually explicit content, vulgarity, or suggestive elements.
• Promotes hate speech, violence, harassment, or dangerous acts.
• Advertises illicit materials, gambling, or unregistered pharmacy compounds.

To keep our local search directories premium and trustworthy:

• Seekdial developers and Administrators reserve absolute authority to edit, suspend, or permanently purge any listing, account, profile, or video stream that we believe violates these guidelines.
• Any malicious actions (e.g., bot script attacks, page scraping, posting automated spam ratings, or system reverse engineering) will trigger immediate termination of accounts and blacklisting of associated physical IP nodes.
