We use the gathered information to operate Seekdial securely and efficiently:

• To publish, display, and promote your business listing and local marketing video reels (Sparks).
• To enable instant WhatsApp communication links between directory users and registered vendors.
• To measure platform analytics, user engagement, seek searches, and page view statistics.
• To process premium tier subscriptions, advertising campaigns, and secure invoices.
• To protect our community against fake listings, malicious scripts, spam, or copyright violations.

We do not sell your personal data. We coordinate with trusted service providers to run our platforms:

• Authentication: Google OAuth services handle logging in securely.
• Payment Gateways: We process all digital payments securely via PayPal and Stripe. Seekdial never sees or stores your full credit card or bank login credentials; transactions are executed using tokenized gateway integrations.

Note: Premium subscribed merchants (Pro, Elite, VIP) enjoy ad-free listing profiles for their customers.
