Seekdial offers directory services and Spark Reels video feeds to connect local traders with consumers. To maintain high accuracy and trustworthiness, all submitted video reels, reviews, names, logos, descriptions, or comments must adhere strictly to these benchmarks.

2. Prohibited Content Categories

• Fraud or Impersonation: Mocking existing brand handles, listing duplicate dummy setups, or using phone numbers not belongs to your agency.
• Inappropriate Media: Uploading copyrighted music tracks, offensive imagery, adult contents, or gore. Spark Reels feed is safe for all audiences.
• False / Scam Advertisements: Promoting unrealistic cash rebates, duplicate listings, or scam links.
• Defamatory or Hateful Remarks: Content attacking competitor listings, individual traders, or local organizations.

3. Takedown Actions

Our admins will aggressively enforce content policies. Any user, listing operator, or consumer can register reports using our designated Report Abuse Desk. Standard response and moderation actions take place within 4-12 hours of filing.
