Strict Digital Consumption Notice

Seekdial provides digital advertising options, instantaneous premium profiles, and localized video-promotions (Sparks reels). Once a Premium Directory Plan or Ad Campaign is activated, these services are rendered immediately. Consequently, we offer NO REFUNDS on active digital subscriptions, billing charges, or ad placements.


1. Premium Membership & Active Placements

Seekdial offers upgrades (e.g., visual badges, elevated listings, custom landing features, and analytic trackers) that execute digital scripts globally the instant payment settles.

  • By purchasing any Premium Plan or launching custom advertisement slots, you acknowledge that the digital utility has been compiled, loaded, and fully consumed.
  • Refunds cannot be claimed for reasons unrelated to platform performance (such as seller change of mind, lack of local customer leads, or business closures).

2. Cancellation of Secondary Renewals

We believe in total financial transparency and clear options for our business patrons:

  • You can terminate/cancel recurring premium business subscriptions at any time directly from your custom billing portal or business manager dashboards.
  • Upon initiating a cancellation, all scheduled subsequent billing cycles are immediately halted. You will continue to hold active premium visibility privileges until your current subscription month naturally expires.

3. Exceptions, Payments & Support Review

Seekdial aims to evaluate transactions carefully. In rare instances of billing system anomalies (such as duplicate payment runs for the same service), please raise a support ticket with your transaction receipt to support@seekdial.com or amritsinghramgarhia0@gmail.com within 48 hours.

⚠️ Refund Processing Timeline: Once a refund request is verified and approved, the transaction amount will be automatically refunded back to the original payment source / credit card / bank account or digital wallet within 5-7 business working days relative to your banking institution. No physical goods returns are applicable as our services are purely digital advertising solutions.
