User Agreement

1. Contractual Scope

This End-User Agreement is a binding arrangement between the end-user ("You", "Your", or "Visitor") and Seekdial platform management. By entering local listings, launching Spark Reels, uploading videos, or initiating WhatsApp direct routes to merchants, you agree to comply with this agreement in full.

2. Eligibility & Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal guardian approval to purchase upgrades on Seekdial or establish trade accounts. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing scraping programs, automated bots, or data mining technologies on Seekdial's directories.

3. Platform Liability Disclaimer

Seekdial provides dynamic directories to help find verified tradespeople. However, the commercial agreements, pricing details, work quality, and physical transactions negotiated with tradespeople are solely between you and the listing provider. Seekdial is not a direct trade partner, general contractor, or insurer.
